Adevie (b. 1995) is a Lagos - based intuitive artist and researcher.

As an artist, Adevie captivates audiences with her intricate, black and white lines and surrealist figures. Working primarily with ink on paper, she often explores themes of the mind, identity, and dystopian realities. 

Beyond her artistic practice, Adevie’s passion extends to nurturing the cultural landscape of West Africa. She's a part of the team at ART X, a leading West African art fair, that curates programs and develops strategies to showcase art to local and international audiences.

Adevie serves as the bridge between practical and the passionate, she is both the creator and the organiser. She understands the delicate dance between artistic expression and the machinery that brings it to the world, and it is this very perspective that allows her to successfully be both.
